Jaehyun is a PhD student in the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on the changing choices of producers and consumers in response to climate change and environmental issues. He studies consumer demand for climate-related attributes in food, especially carbon-intensity labeling, and farmer willingness to adopt climate-smart practices.
